By completing your purchase, you're agreeing to everything below.
1. License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a video tutorial, you're buying a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the content. This means:
The licence is for you personally — it can't be shared, sold, or transferred to anyone else.
The videos are available via streaming only. There is no download option.
Your purchase gives you access to view the content, but it does not transfer any ownership or copyright of the videos or materials to you.
The licence covers individual use only. If you'd like to use the content for a team or organisation, please get in touch to discuss a separate arrangement.
2. Restrictions
To protect the integrity of the content and ensure a fair experience for everyone, the following are not permitted:
Sharing your login credentials or access links with others.
Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the videos or any associated materials.
Uploading the content to any other platform, including YouTube, course hosting sites, or social media.
Screen recording, copying, or reproducing the content in any form.
3. Payment & Pricing
Purchases are one-time payments. Pricing is displayed on the website at the time of purchase and includes access to the relevant video content.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe using a credit or debit card.
4. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are not offered once a purchase has been made. Please review the course details carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Access & Delivery
Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with your access link.
Access to the content is subject to platform availability. While we intend to keep content available for as long as possible, we cannot guarantee access indefinitely.
If we ever need to remove content from the platform, we'll give you at least 30 days notice via email so you have time to make other arrangements.
6. Intellectual Property
All video content, graphics, and supporting materials are the intellectual property of Janelle Keys and remain so after purchase. You may not:
Claim the content as your own.
Use the content as the basis for your own course, tutorial, or teaching material.
Reproduce or adapt the materials for any commercial purpose.
That said, any design work you create by applying what you've learned is entirely yours. The skills and knowledge you gain are yours to use freely in your own work.
7. Acceptable Use
The tutorials are intended for personal and professional development. They're designed to help you grow your design skills and apply them to your own brand and marketing.
The content may not be used to develop a competing course or educational product.
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and secure.
Each account is for one individual only. Accounts must not be shared.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, without refund.
9. Disclaimers
Results are not guaranteed. The outcomes you achieve from applying the content will depend on your own effort, skill, and circumstances.
The content reflects best practices and knowledge at the time of recording. Design trends and tools evolve, and some information may become dated over time.
Janelle Keys is not liable for any business decisions you make based on what you learn from the tutorials.
10. Updates to Content
If a tutorial you've purchased is updated, you'll receive an email letting you know along with access to the updated content.
We reserve the right to modify, remove, or replace content at any time. Where possible, we'll give advance notice of any significant changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws and governing bodies of that state.

The Brand Advantage Club - Membership Terms
The following terms apply specifically to The Brand Advantage Club membership. By signing up, you agree to these terms in addition to the General Terms above.
13. What's Included
Your active membership gives you access to:
All classes currently available within The Brand Advantage - any new content added during your membership is also included.
One private, 60-minute one-on-one video call with Janelle each calendar month your membership is active. These calls can be used to review designs you've created, or to ask anything related to graphic design, branding, or marketing.
14. Billing & Payments
Membership fees are billed on a monthly cycle, starting from the date of your first payment and recurring on the same date each month.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
If a payment fails, your access to all membership content and your monthly one-on-one call will be suspended until the outstanding payment is successfully processed. Podia will attempt to retry failed payments automatically - please ensure your payment details are kept up to date.
We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing. If the price changes, you'll be given at least 30 calendar days notice via email before the new rate takes effect. Continuing your membership after that date means you accept the updated price.
15. Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time through your Podia student portal. No cancellation fees apply.
When you cancel, you'll retain access to your membership content and call booking until the end of your current billing period. Access will not be extended beyond that date.
Once your membership ends, you will lose access to all Brand Advantage Club classes and inclusions at the end of your final billing cycle. If you have purchased any classes individually outside of your membership, you will retain access to those classes only.
16. Monthly One-on-One Calls
Each month your membership is active, you'll be sent a booking link to schedule your 60-minute call with Janelle.
Calls must be booked within the first 21 days of your billing cycle. Bookings made in the final week of a billing cycle will not be accepted. This ensures there is adequate time to hold your call within the current month.
It is your responsibility to book your call using the link provided. Calls do not roll over — if you don't book within the first 21 days of your billing cycle, that month's call is forfeited.
If you need to cancel a booked call, please do so with more than 3 hours notice. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled start time, or failure to attend without notice, will be treated as a no-show and the call will be forfeited for that month. No make-up calls will be offered.
Calls are strictly for topics related to graphic design, branding, and marketing. All calls must be conducted in a respectful and professional manner. Janelle reserves the right to end a call or suspend a membership if conduct is deemed inappropriate or the session falls outside these areas.
Janelle reserves the right to reschedule a call if an emergency arises. If this happens, you'll be offered an alternative time within the same billing cycle wherever possible.
17. Accessing Class Content
It is your responsibility to access and watch the individual classes at your own discretion. Membership access does not guarantee completion or any particular outcome.
Content is available via streaming only. The same restrictions outlined in Section 2 of the General Terms apply to all membership content.
